Yes, he is. Except for his midair down standerd attack, Toon Link goes faster.

Toon Link is faster and stronger. His moves are quicker than young links and he can KO an opponent that has about 65% damage or more.

He fights better, attacks end just as soon as they begin, plus he has that cool cartoon-character look. That being said, I miss Young Link and his milk-drinking taunt.

Young link is way better than toon link he is stronger and cuter toon link has cat eyes
