Is there two different final smashes from the smash balls for each character?. I was playing the Cpu and R.O.B used a smash i hadn't seen before and when i played as him it was different

Nope. Each character has one and only one final smash, player and CPU alike. You were probably seeing things or that was your first time seeing it and it might have been exaggerated in your mind. Happens to all of us...

Each character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl has one final smash. To use their final smash, you must obtain a smash ball then press the B button (1 button if you're using the wii remote alone). R.O.B.'s final smash is him with a sprial laser constantly shooting out of his eyes. If you didn't see that, I'm not sure what you saw.

Every character has only one final smash period, the only character that seems like they have two final smashes is Samus, and the final smash is how she goes from Power suit to Zero suit, and back to Power suit and so on.

Some people final smashes can do moves ! Fox landmaster can do a spiral also ! On the wii remote tap down twice on the d pad and it should work ! Cpus do it all the time !
