Yup. You go to the merchant and upgrade your weapans after all are maxed you get to buy exclusive.

Can you really upgrade new weapons you ask? Why, yes you can! Sometimes there will be updates waiting for a weapon 5 seconds after you buy it from the Merchant! You just need to make sure that you have a lot of money so that you can upgrade your old weapons, as well as your new weapons.

Yeah there is. Sometimes there is new ones like right after you buy the gun from the merchant. Some are high priced so make sure you have a lot of money. Hope this helps.
