Hey dude, just follew tis step and you will kill this boss very easily.
Fisrt when you enter the room a cutscene comes and you have to press certain buttons to dodge him. So put your fingers on the dodge buttons.
Then when the fight begins, just climb up on the upper floor with the help of ladder behind you. Now he will try to attack you from below and wont climb up. Just keep running on the platform until he strikes. When he is busy striking use the grenades and handgun or TMP if you have. Repeat the process and after sometime, he will detach from his legs. Now he becomes even more faster. If you have shotgun ammo get it ready. Now just keep running like before on the platform and keep an eye on him. When he tries to get on the position to attack you, strike him with shotgun. Repeat this process and you will kill him after approximately 5-10 strikes.
That's the easiest way I found out to kill him without Rocket Launcher.

Use the tmp until all ammo is gone then throw a indecary granade then while he is down shoot him with a handgun and eventually he will make it wherte you have to dodge him then he will bend down then knife him on the back he should die
