Well if you don't already have the red9 and the stock sell whatever hand gun you have and get them and try to get a rocket launcher and as soon as the fight starts quickly pull a 180 and climb the ladder once you're up there go left and left again keep going until you see a peice of metal in between two pillars once you get there turn left so you are facing it there is a hole in it stand between the walls in front of you and behind you and make sure there is equal between you and the walls so he does not attack you get out your red9 and fire away at him until he breaks and then hit him directly with the rocket launcher to kill him.

First off, make sure you only have the handgun and shotgun. When the fight starts,unload on him with the shotgun. When he closes in run to the other side of the room while collecting stuff. Do the same as before, except climb the ladder this time. Make sure you have at least 3 incenerary grenades,1 hand grenade, and 1 flash grenade. When you're up on the platform, start bombing him. Also make sure you don't stay in one spot. When he splits in half, wait for him to stand still. Then throw the flash grenade and he'll fall on the ground. While he's down blast him with a rocket if you have one. This stradegy has worked for me every time.
