You can get the vest for leon somewhere a chapter 5 from the merchant but it costs 60,000 ptas and it's not bulletproof it reduces damage by 60 percent

Actually you have to beat the game first and when you restart the vest should be there..but you will have to beat the game on all difficultees to injoy it on both normal and pro.

You cannot get it on pro mode but you can get it on normal mode.if you are playing pro mode your out of luck because you can't get it in pro mode

Douche bags. You don't have to clear the game to unlock the tactical vest, it just appears there in normal and easy mode. And the thing that they don't appear at pro mode, they only don't appear at pro mode on the Wii and PS2
