No, the Parasite would still be revealed, as the parasite itself, isn't a violent, or bloody looking thing. Violence is still in the games, just cut down to a certain amount.

Thats true.
But the parasite is in all the versions, as thats the main element in the game.
It just means that theres less blood and when you shoot them in the head their head doesnt blow off, they just die.
