O.k. I need some help to get a - God of War Questions (PS2)

O.k. I need some help to get at some chests. I noticed that when you first see the oracle of athens(in flesh) being kidnapped by harpies when you're standing on the broken bridge(next to the save point), if you look at the bottom right part of your screen, you can see three chests sitting there on a platform, and I have no idea how to get at them.

<BR>Also, near the begining of the game, when you encounter the very first large crossbow, if you fire the bow to the right of the screen, it breaks a wall and there are 3 chests there aswell. And I don't know how to get those ones either.

<BR>If anyone could tell me how to get at either of these platforms with chests on them, I'd be very greatful. Thanks.

ANSWERS

Go to the edge of the bridge, nearest to the chests,you will have to hang from the ledge,hand shift to your right until you are directly across from the chests,,jump to the platform as you would do on the cliffs. It took me a couple of tries to get it also...hope this has helped you in your quest.

Use those statues with flat tops on either side of that door that you came in from.

Okay, for the first question, the one with the bridge and the oracle, martypartycoocoo explains it good enough, on the second one when you want to get the 3 chests across on the other bulding, go into tha hall where you shoot the crossbow and go up tha ladder in the midlle of the hall to the right of you.

When you get outside and there's the rock wall you have to climb and there's undead skinny dudes coming down, to to the left when you start climbing a little, theres a roof above the room with the crossbow, jump onto it and jump across to the building with the 3 chests and youll land inside and you can open them.

But after when you jump out, you land on the ground and you have to get back up all over again, going through the room wen you get medusa's gaze, but hey those chests were worth it right? LOL hope this helps.
