Hello guys.,,please have collected múse and have raise up the man carrying a big stone up.,,what do I do next please

That must be the Challenge of Atlas area. When you activate the statue it breaks a wall opposite of it. You have to go through that hole in the wall (note a chest to the immediate left after exiting the hole, before the bridge) and there will be a sarcofagus. Grab it's handles (in front of you when you reach it) and hold down the R2 button to grab it and pull it down. After that jump onto it and rip the head off the skull (mash R2). After that the sarcofagus is moved and the path is open to you.
