How do I upgrade my weapon?

You get red orbs when killing enemies, breaking objects or opening red chests. You then press start on your controller, select the desired weapon and hold down the X button to upgrade it if you have enough red orbs.

If you grab hydra head what should I do to knock him at the pillar

Assuming this is for the battle with the king Hydra, then when you initiate the QTE sequence, you need to mash the circle button and repeat the process 4-5 times. Note that it may require faster pressing of the button than you think.

How to attack the hydra after grappling

After you grab the head of the King Hydra, you need to mash the circle button fast to be able to hit the pole of the ship with it. Repeat 4-5 times and the hydra will die.

You need to get zues' lightning bolt in a different area then use that to kill the guy by the lever he will fall and the bridge will rise
