I am at the part where there is spikes in the floor and you have to get a box to jump to a ledge. But every time I get the box the spikes come out of the floor and kill me

Right off the bat, as soon as the cage open, run over and pull the box out just far enough to get on the other side. Jump over and kick it as far as you can. Do it again, but don't kick as far. Get on it's side and kick it in the room. Get close to it quickly and push it semi close to the ledge. Jump on the box, jump onto the ledge... Box will probably explode right as you jump or a little after. It takes practise so try it a couple times.

You only need to move the box close to the ledge and not right up against it. Be fast and don't kick it, just keep pushing and be as fast as you can. After enough times youll do it...trust me.

Don't worry man I got stuck here too. When you pull the lever to open the too the block pull to the ledge and push it as close as you can to the far wall.

You don't have to move the box directly in front of the ledge but close enough to be able to reach the ledge.

You gotta get the stone block, drag it out it's cage and very VERY quickly jump behind it
Then push it along the floor NEXT TO THE FAR WALL!!!!
Then you can drag it round the corner, thus, saving you about half a second.
Keep dragging it until you can see the wall then, AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN
Jump on the box and DOUBLE JUMP up to the wall ledge
Leap over to the ivy on the opposite wall infront of you and grab the necklace.
Jump off the ledge (dont worry about landing on something ridiculously sharp)
And ESCAPE!!!!
