To escape that room you have to kill evrything. I suggest killing the zombie dudes first and again since they respawn, watch out for the booby traps that shoot fire when killing them. After all those zombies are gone you now have to kill all the flying things. Go by the first two platforms where you came in and just take your time killing them and lean on the platforms making adjustments so you don't get smashed by the roller, As soon as the last one is dead, the seal will be lifted and your free to move on.
