I am in the architect's tomb.after taking the head of the lady and keeping in the skull,i went to the room were the floors move.i am not able to escape that room

To escape the room you have to kill all enemies before you can leave, forget the harpis and kill the other guys first.
Tip: jump around don't walk, walking shall by your demise.
