Hi, The underwater stuff is for the next part, (after you crack the face with the bells) Jump up on the platform, break the green globe there, jump/fly to the bell on the right, ring the bell and slow time, Jump/fly towards the platform and grapple up and ring the other bell, The noise has to over lap, When the statues face cracks then do the under water stuff to break the face.
