Hold (X) down and it will begin a charge kick. Once it has been charged to your liking, release and the object will be kicked farther.

Hi, press and hold R2 and press and hold X, Kratos will make noise when he stops making noise let go of X, You'll also use the charge to swim faster.

Hold down X and R2 for a while. The longer you wait the hareder you kick.
