Community Center is the place where your preteen has a Karate practice or Ballet practice and this new update Sims freeplay there is also new Hobby for your sims

I ve look for it for months, i still have only party boat and a saloon, but no sport center, trying to complete the goal seems to be impossible, cause my sims also only have one hobby- ghost hunting..Guest answered:
Okay I finally found out how to do this. You have to do a certain number of Quests, then one will come that says 'build a Business.' THAT is the Quest that allows you to build The Community Center.

There is another Quest there asking you to make fancy coffee. The coffee machine is located behind The Community Center. You have to rotate the Camera in order to be able to see it.
