you go to the store in the rogueport plaza and talk to one of the guys in the store or out of the store.Once you talk to them they'll say you need contact lenses.once you do that you have to wait for about 1 or 2 days for the contact lenses to be in stock.maybe it takes less time.I dont really remember.And you have to pay for them.the contact lenses are 10 coins.

you can get it from the store where you buy all the attacks and stuff.
go to the turtle dude and then talk to him, and then you might have to talk to him again in order to get a conversation about contact lenses going

a good idea is to break the contact lens then go to petalburg. if not break them after petalburg and do the great tree

To sum it all up, before you begin chapter one, break the contact lens, then go to the item shop an talk to the toad closest to the door, and he will order a contact lens for you. Then complete chapter 1. Then Go to the item shop when you finished chapter 1 and the contact lens will be where the mushroom would be and you can buy it for 10 coins. FTR that toad who needs the contact lens is a girl. Her name is Zess T.
