You need to go to Hooktail Castle, go into the room where you found the black key, use Bobbery to blow up a crack in a wall. Then, get the Up Arrow and go back to Rogueport. Next, you need to go to the house next to prof. Frankly's House (It's the house with the shine sprite on it) Don't go on the other side of the table just walk to him and talk to him. Then give him the up arrow and he will get a red orb from his attic and say he needs the up arrow to upgrade your party members once more.

U must ask don pianta but he is sick so talk to the other 2 guys and then you must go to key haul key to get franchesca and frankie and they lost there ring so you must find it,then theyll go back with you and don pianta will be fine and then he will give you the tickets
