I believe youre talking about the one in creepy steeple? If so, there should be two doors on either side of the room with the stairs. Go out the one to the north and then go right. You should see a switch, jump on that, you'll hear a rumble, and when you go back to the stairs, they've moved north. Do the same thing on the opposite side to get a badge, if I remember correctly.

Hi my names my name is John Vizcarrondo also known a moshie148 on youtube and I wanted to tell you if you were to go to the storage room use must use madame flurry's wind technique on those boxes with the stars on them then you smash the yellow blocks with your hammer and on the right is the switch and on the left there is a badge but thats how far I got ok
