Yes. The safari room was meant to have a hunter boss that chased you with a gun but was removed because he said he would rip luigis head off and put it on his trophy case but can be fought if you have an action replay with the code and I think a chef got removed and there might have been supposed to be a guy instead of melody in the music room. Hope I helped

If you look at the portraits in melody's room they show removed boss ghosts from that room.
