I can pretty much get every portrait ghost in one suck of the vacuum to get a gold frame for them. I cannot seem to do this, however, for Mr. Luggs. Does anybody have any tips for catching him?

MiddleDistance, that is very easy. I can tell you're a casual gamer, at least for now. Anyways, the trick is to blow out the candles or light them (Do the opposite of whatever stage the candles are at.) (I.E. Lighting them, or blowing them out with the Poltergust 3000.) Mr.Luggs will get steamed. He'll try to throw up hot food at you. (Luigi would probably actually like it if that food were lasagna.) Then, go around the table to Mr.Luggs and suck him up. P.S. You might have to flash the flashlight in his face first. P.P.S. Right in the Fahay-hay-hay-hace.
