Question for Luigis Mansion

How do I get into the pipe room and the cold storage? I keep trying to open the doors, but they are locked.

Once you've been to the Clockwork Room and gotten the Key from the Roof, you'll be able to go to the Sealed Room, the Armory, the Ceramics Studio and get the Key from the Armory that unlocks the door to the Pipe Room and from there, the Cold Storage!

To get to the pipe room you need the key from the armory and to get to the cold storage you need the key from the pipe room
