I havent been on for ages but I think you need to go to the hidden room, to get to the hidden room you must climb up the ladder on the right chimney(the chimneys are on the roof) you then fall down the chimney, you will land in a hidden room, I believe the key is there, you can't use the door to exit the room because it has been boarded up, there is a mirror which is hidden under a cloth at the end of room, suck up the cloth and use the gameboy thing to teleport you to the begin of the mansion, I hope I have help~bezul
Go into the sealed room to get the key and then you go to the sitting room and there should be a door that leads to the guest room
