My cow just gave birth and the calf was in the calf hutch the first day, but the next day it wasn't in there anymore and it's not in the barn either. Did something go wrong or what?

Same thing happened to me. But I went in my barn and it was in there! Then I went in there later and it was gone, and also not in it's calf hutch. But every once in a while the fodder will disappear, and I can 'Look' on it and It'll say "Starlite is being protected in a calf hut"or something like that, then It'll tell me how to put fodder in it. I think it's just a glitch and when It's out of It's calf hutch (after 10 days) it will probably appear in the barn and NOT disappear

It's just a glitch; nothing to worry about. Just keep putting fodder in for it, and when it's time in the calf hutch is over, it'll appear in the barn.

Don't worry, happened to me, just a glitch, and my cow was in the barn when it's hutch time was up. BUT one of my friends got their calf stolen by Daryl. So watch out for that guy, I also caught him trying to CLONE one of my cows! He's such a nut-job!

So in conclusion, it's going to be alright and watch out for the creepy mad scientist.
