when do you get the cat? because im in chapter 3 yr 1 and i still dont have the cat

you dont get the cat unless you befriend romana in chapter 1 and 2 she will give u the cat in chapter two so you've missed your chance
ive only read this online i couldnt get it to happen in my game yet
to befriend romana she likes flowers and milk and crops and she doesnt like eggs or artifact stuff from the dig site i dont think she likes fish either

i didnt really give ramona stuff, i just talked to her a lot and went to theyre house every day... she got a milk once in a great while but that was it sice i was struggling with my money xD

this continued into chapter two until i stayed up too late and woke up after my wife (im not sure if that had anything to do with it but you might want to try if all else fails lol) and when i headed out the door to tend to my farm there was ramona with a cat! he was black so if you dont like black cats dont bother xD

doesn't matter the chapter i got mine in chapter 2! to get the cat be friends with the rich old lady.

You DO NOT have to befriend Romana at all.Lot's of people say that you HAVE to but trust me you DON"T. I only spoke to her like one time and I got the cat in Chapter 2 and I NEVER gave her anything. I'm not really sure if you still could get it in the other chapters though...
