Ok When is daryl outside of his home and you can give him fish with out him say not right now or getting mad?

ANSWERS

I believe he wakes up around 1pm, you can go in his house then and give him some fish. Also at like 7pm, he starts heading out towards the river bank on the side of the Goddess Lake. He'll be out there late at night spying over at the campsite, you can give him fish then too.

Give him a gift when his arms arn't crossed. If you give him a gift when his arms are crossed he'll say 'not right now' which will make him now like you

When Daryl is in his house with his arms crossed and his head held high, he is busy and thinking. BUT when he starts walking around his house, get out the fish and give it to him, he should um cross his arms and look at you, he'll accept it then.
