To get to Missingo you have to go to viradian city and make the old man teach you how to catch a pokemon. After that fly to cinnabar city and go to the left shore and surf up and down. After you will find Missingo or m block. NOTE: this works for Pokemon red. NOTE2: Missingo is at a high level m block is at level 0. NOTE3: this could mess up your game and corrup it. Also your hall of fame will glitch up.

Yes, there is another way of making it so that you can get on the SS Anne after a while of gameplay.

Now for prep time.
1. You have to have a Pokemon that knows Surf.
2. You must be willing to save the game.

Now what you have to do, is, stand right above the sailor man blocking the way. Now you have to move your guy left so that you are diagonal to the sailor man. Now you have to do this quickly, so read ahead before you try this. You have to go to the right and quickly press START and save the game. Then restart the game. If you notice, usually when you save the game and turn off, your man on your screen is looking downwards, but for some odd reason, your man is looking right when you do this. If he is not looking right, then you need to go back and do this cheat again. Now that your facing right, don't move. Press start and go to your Pokemon that knows Surf. Use surf and for some odd reason, you automatically go downward on top of the sailor man! Now you can get past him! So once you go past him you find that the SS Anne is still there! So if there were any items you did not get, or any trainers you did not face, you can do this now.

(Oh and by the way, If you go over to the truck, and try to use strength to see if the Pokemon Mew is under the truck, then you will be severely dissapointed. It does not work. I don't know if this is the same for Yellow, or Red version, but I will try it.)

This is my first cheat, and I know some people probably already posted it, but I need to get some cheats out there.

Now, for prep time. You need to have:
1. Pokemon who knows Fly
2. Pokemon that knows Surf
3. At least 500 dollars.
4. Be willing to save your game.
5. Have been to Fuschia city, and Cinnabar island.

Now what you have to do is go to the Safari Zone and pay the man to go in. NOTE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ONCE YOU ENTER THE SAFARI ZONE, YOU DO NOT TAKE A STEP! Now right when you enter, leave. When he asks you if you want to leave early, say NO. You will then be put back in the Safari zone. Now Save your game, and either reset it, or turn it off and back on. Then once you start the game again, you will be right in the begginning of the Safari Zone. Now you have to leave. Once you leave, the person will not ask you if you want to leave early, instead once you go to leave, he will ask you if you want to do the Safari zone. Say NO, and leave. Now once you get outside, fly to Cinnabar Island. Now go directly to the right, and surf. ONLY SURF ON THE COASTLINE! Just keep goin up and down. (you may encounter safari zone Pokemon, I was able to catch an rhydon w/out a safari ball, and a couple other pokemon.) Then after a while, the PA person from the Safari zone will say "Your time has expired, return to the safari zone" (or something like that) then you will be back inside the safari zone building. Now leave the building and ta da! You will be in glitch city population 1. (If you want to leave, then just fly out. When you return everything will be back to normal.)

Beat him/her and use Dig to get out of there. Walk West as if you were heading back to the Gambler and the Start menu will pop up. Press B and you will fight Missingno. Run away or catch him(I'd suggest running away because he messes up your graphics, and does not evolve into Kangaskahn, thats 'M') Now look in your Pack and you should have 126 Rare Candies.

Okay, this cheat can be applied to both Pokemon Red and Blue (not sure about Yellow).

HOW TO GET ANY POKEMON YOU LIKE TO APPEAR AT A CATCHABLE LEVEL

Well, the old way of getting a Mew using glitches is flying from the gambler trainer near Lavender Town, just as he sees you, fly to cerulean city and defeating the slowpoke kid, then flying to Lavender town and Mew will appear as you walk west towards Saffron.

Well, I experimented with this little glitch and I've realised you can have any Pokemon you like using this glitch! This is my simpler method of catching a Mew, or any other pokemon.

First,go to cerulean city with a Pokemon who knows fly or teleport in your team (abras in the area are good). Then, walk up nugget bridge until you reach a small area to the left of the screen you'd usually surf down to Mewtwos cave. There should be a trainer in the grass here. Stand in front of him, but have the trainer just off screen.

Take one step towards him and immediately press start, and use a Pokemon to fly away or teleport. If done correctly, the "!" sign will appear over the trainers head, but you will fly away. Now, the start button should not work. This is normal. Go defeat a trainer of your choice in the area, and then return to cerulean Pokemon centre using teleport or fly.

Finally, walk back upwards to nugget bridge. At the foot of the bridge, the start button should pop up. Press B and a battle will start, and depending on what trainer you picked a Pokemon will appear.

(for those looking for a Mew, use the Slowpoke kid on the way to Bills house or the Swimmer in Mistys gym, these two will get you a Mew).


However, by using different trainers after running from the trainer in the grass, you can battle any pokemon. I have encountered wild Pinsirs, Magmars, Gengars, Lapras, Nidoqueens, Staryus, and Rhyhorns, so experiment a bit and you may end up with a really rare encounter (wild dragonite, anyone?)

Put your master ball as sixth on your list, fly to Viridian and let the guy show you how to catch Pokemon, fly to Cinnabar and surf the east side of it. You will battle a Pokemon called something like ?#][M;+$` when you beat it you will have loads of master bals. This makes you able to complete your pokedex REAL fast. You can also duplicate other items

You need a Pokemon that knows surf and fly.then put the item you want more of,in the 6th slot.now go to viridian city.and talk to the guy that was knocked down in the begining of the game and say no.you have to watch him catch weedle.then fly over to cinnabar.surf up and down the east coast unil you battle a glitch Pokemon named Missingo or sometimes it appears as "' m".even if it is stronger than you're Pokemon you can easily beat it.once you did check you're item and it should say some crazy sign like sometimes a flower and a number.ps DONT CATCH MISSINGO it might delete you're save file.pss when it says a flower sign I think it means 130 items.

You know the missingno cheat right I found out some amazing details about it you know how you see some glitched Pokemon like lv 136 marowak,or lv 134 golduck while your doing the cheat.I heard about if you go to the safari zone and find a lv 23 nidoran leave the safari zone and fly to cereaulean city and go to the house where team rocket stole the tm dig you go to the man and he will give you togepei well I found lv 22 nidorans and lv 24 nidorans but not lv 23 nidorans so I got tired of searching inthe safari zone for like 2 hours so I used the missingno cheat to get more rare candies and guess what I kept on finding safari zone Pokemon like paresect and nidorino so I found out it's all about the Pokemon you fought before doing the missingno cheat.

You've all heard the glitch that gets you mew. Well, this is basically the same, but I went through almost every special attack that you can have and figured out which Pokemon showed up via that
Specials for getting any Pokemon in any of the Pokemon r/b/y games without a gameshark (same as the Mew glitch):
This works for blue, red, and yellow. (note about yellow: I named most of the Missingno. Special numbers so that they could be avoided by a yellow player. If you battle a Pokemon whose special triggers a missingno., your game will freeze as soon as it appears. So try to avoid those specials!!)
Requirements: Do not fight the trainer hiding in the grass across from the nugget bridge. Have a Pokemon with fly or teleport (preferebly fly) and the Pokemon whose special is the number of the Pokemon you want below on your team.
Save one step above from where the trainer is able to see/battle you. Take one step down and immediately press the start button. Now fly to a town (any town) where you can fight a trainer that you haven't beaten. (Note: Make sure that when the other trainer sees you, you are more than one step away from them. If they see you and you are right next to them, the game will freeze and you will have to turn off the game and re-do the stepping down part.) Fight the trainer and then go to the area of victory road where you can find ditto. Find a ditto and before it transforms, switch to the Pokemon whose special is the number of the Pokemon you want below. You can then run or beat the ditto. Then, before another Pokemon appears, fly to Cerulean and go on to the nugget bridge. Your start screen will appear (unless you went to the Cerulean Pokemon center, in which case the last thing the rocket at the top of the bridge said to you will appear). At level 10 it learms "TM05" at 14 it learns horn attack, at lvl 18 it evolves into clefairy and nidoking, then goes back to what it originally was. With the sprite of Nidoking. At 23 it learns thrash It basically becomes a Nidoking after it evolves and learns nothing else. ._.;; how weird.

Hi this is my first cheat How to get duplicator Firstly talk to the man who shows you how two catch a Pokemon he's in Viridian city then go to Pallet town surf south until you get to Cinnabar island or just fly.Then go as far east and surf on the coast you may also Pokemon over level 100.

Ok first of I say you all are wrong I have done that way 500 times and no matter what you are all wrong. My friend is the person who descovered the cheat from the start.

0.5)First you have to have the iteam you want in the 6th spot.

1)Ok go to the guy who wants to teach you how to catch a weedle.
2)Talk to him [b]'!!! 3 !!!'[/b] times, first time say 'yes' that you are too busy to get a chatching lesson, then the next to times say 'no'. Just go fast though all three times.
3)Than fly to cinnabar island.
4)Go the left, and surf on the 1/2 land 1/2 water. NOT IN THE BLUE PART.
5)Just keep surfing up and down until you find missing no.
6)Then battle him. Either defeat him or run away. You can catch him but only with a master ball and it will screw up you game only when he is in you party though and there will also be a Pokemon in the box when you catch him (an invisable ditto (he will also screw up your game though))
7)And wala you have like 500 iteams (dont know because it will have a symbol and a # where just the # is soposed to be.


Also some side notes that you need to know:
*Sometimes if you repeat every step very rarely but could still happen Pro.Oak can apear like Pokemon but you have to beat his lvl.500 (i think) pokemon.
*You don't have to compleately repeat every single step. Just surf again and you will run into powerful Pokemon just run but you will find missing no. But some times he doesnt (very rarely though) just reapet the entire thing if he dosent after a while.
*If you catch some of the pookemon that are over lvl.100 and put them in battle, after the battle the Pokemon will go back to lv.100.


And that is it. I have just gotten tired of poeple not knowing this info, that is why I posted this and sayed you all are wrong.

First you must have a Pokemon that knows fly! Ifyou do go back to the nugget bridge and fly make sure the cool trainer does not fight him but fly to lavender town the start button will be dissapled go to rock tunnel and as you go in make sure you stay aganist the wall to find your way to the stair case and you will find a trainer with 3 slowpokes fight him and use escape rope(if you got 1) and then fly back to curlean walk to nugget bridge and you should find mew!

This is my first entry I hope this will be of help!!!

To get onto the cycling path without a bike, you must confuse the game.

As you know, if you do not have a bike, the guard in the building just before the route stops you, and pulls you towards him, where he says something about not being allowed in.

Now, if you try to walk through while passing as closely as possible to him, i.e right up against the counter he is behind, the game will become confused, as it does not know if it should pull you towards him or turn you to face him.

Therefore, if you walk past right up against the counter, as he says "Hey!" keep holding left. You will take a step to the left, passing the guard. Keep holding left and press a to stop the guard talking.

After the guard stops talking, you have already passed him, WITHOUT A BIKE! You can then get onto the bike route, where magically, you are given a bike!

This has been tried on Pokemon Blue, but also works on Yellow and Red. People have already shown that you can catch Mew if you fly away from the trainer west of Lavender town after he spots you, then defeat the trainer with the slowpoke near Bills house, then Mew will appear at level 7.

Now, I have gotten into the classic Pokemon games again, and I've realised that catching any Pokemon is possible using this method. Depending on what trainer you battle, a different Pokemon will appear. Although sometimes the game freezes, I've already seen that if you fly away from a trainer just as they spot you, and then battle another trainer, as you return to cerulean bridge a Pokemon will appear at level 7. I encountered a Gastly on the bridge after battling a hikernear lavender town....

So depending on the trainer, you can catch anything!

Item needed (hm cut)...to get a treehouse you cut a tree then stand where the tree was then save turn it off when it's done saving then back on and you will be on a tree (a treehouse).

You guys already know the rare candy cheat. Well, using rare candy to level 100 makes you're Pokemon weaker. It's true!!
Heres how to increase stats to make you're Pokemon stronger - this is how I did mine:

- say you catch a mewtwo on lv. 70. Raise it to lv. 73, with about less that 1000 points to the nxt level. Deposit mewtwo and withdraw it. You will see one of it's stats increase. Now put in 10 hp ups, protein, iron, carbos and calcium on it.
Now raise you're mewtwo each level less than 1000 points to the nxt level. Keep depositing and withdrawing mewtwo everytime. Do the missingno cheat while you raise mewtwo.
Now that u've raised mewtwo to lvl 100, you can increase it stats even more
- eg.
attack = 294
defense = 248
speed = 348
special = 406
HP = 407

Go to the Pokemon league and use mewtwo all the way. Deposit mewtwo and withdraw it. DO THIS AT LEAST 10 TIMES!!!! IT WORKS ON EVERY SINGLE POKEMON.
My new result follows as this:
attack = 314
defense = 264
speed = 358
special = 406
HP = 407

It works on all Pokemon platforms.


As for starter Pokemon like bulbasaur, charmander and squirtle.. Do the same procedure like the example above.
I suggest to raise starters up to level 30 before you can deposit and withdraw them frm the pc everytime. Raise them to level 40 or so, less that 500 exp points left, and buy drugs at celadon. And keep repeating over again.

To get a strong starter such as bulbasaur stats will generate randomly =
Eg. attack = 10
Defense = 11
Speed = 11
Special = 13 - THATS A STRONG BULBASAUR.

But if you get something like this:
Attack = 9
Defense = 10
Speed = 9
Special = 12 - A WEAK BULBASAUR.

And if you raise bulbasaur to a venusaur lvl 100, whilst doing my special stat cheat it should appear such as this:
For example: my venusaur:
Attack = 254
Defense = 260
Speed = 250
Special = 282
HP = 363

Cool huh? Now try it for urself!!

Recently I've been experimenting with the Mew cheat to see if I could posibly use it to gain other pokemon...and guess what I had come across during one of these experiments....HITMONCHAN..thats right I got a hitmonchan from this.

Well. First off, what you do is get yourself a Pokemon about level 12 to weaken it. Now I say level 12+ because it has comet punch which can hit up to 5 times. Ok back to the cheat. Fly to cerulean city and go north to the nugget bridge and over it. When you reach the end of the bridge where he gives you a prize take a few steps left until can go down but don't go yet. First save it and then take one step down then quickly press the start button. Use a Pokemon with the HM fly to celadon city. When you reach celadon you will notice your start button doesnt work, no worries though. Go west until you reach the bike trail and go through the building to the other side. When you reach the bike trail , take a few steps a head of the biker below you so he has to ride to you and engage him in a battle. He has an ekans around 35+ and a koffing also around 35+. Fight him and win. After the fight your start button will work again. Use your flying Pokemon and go back to cerulean and go back up the nugget bridge. The start menu will appear. If you don't already you may want to put your weak Pokemon at the top at this time then press (b). You will automatically start a fight. And guess who it is ^.^ just use your weak Pokemon to weaken hitmonchan to about 1/4 health and then catch him. there ya go ^.^ happy hunting and do try experimenting with the cheat yourself. I know I will.

I. Materials

- Calcium
- Rare Candies
- Low Level Pokemon
- Max Repel
- Pokemon With Fly
- Pokemon With Cut
- Access To Fuchsia
- Access To Lavender

II. What To Do With Your Low Level Pokemon:

- Take the rare candies and level it up (make sure that it's special is under 21.) Then use the calcium to get it's special up to exactly 21. That is the standard decimal number for 15 in the hexadecimal system used by this game. 15 is the number that determines what species the Pokemon is. In this case, the number 15 represents Mew.

III. Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Fly to Lavender Town.

2. Go left into Route 8 and stand in front of the door to the entrance of the underground tunnel connecting Celadon City and Lavender Town (don’t fight the gambler who is standing in front of it.)

3. Save your game, just in case.

4. Make sure that your Pokemon with a special of 21 isn’t in the first place of your party. You don’t want him leveling up on accident.

5. Use a max repel.

6. Make sure that you are directly under the door in alignment with the gambler below.

7. Walk down one step and press the ‘pause’ button before the gambler sees you.

8. Go to ‘Pokemon’ and select your Pokemon that knows fly and fly to Fuchsia.

9. The exclamation point will appear above the gambler’s head as if he has seen you and you will fly away.

10. Now you won’t be able to pause the game because the game thinks that the battle is still going on back at Route 8.

11. Now head out of Fuchsia towards Route 15.

12. Stay in the top layer of grass the whole time and don’t get into any trainer fights yet. While you are walking through the grass, the max repel is making it to where you cannot get into any fights.

13. Head all the way over to Route 14 and make sure that you go inside the left side of the trees.

14. Travel up until you get to 2 bikers facing right and a patch of grass that you have to cut a tree down in order to get to.

15. Fight one of the bikers (this will work with any trainer you want) and make sure that they have to move in order to get to you.

16. Defeat the trainer and now you will be able to pause.

17. ‘Pause’ your game and switch the Pokemon with a special of 21 as the first Pokemon in your party.

18. Use ‘cut’ on the tree and enter the grass area.

19. Walk around and in a short while you will find a ditto (you will only find a ditto because the effects of max repel make it to where you can only find rare pokemon. Ditto is the only rare Pokemon around Route 14.)

20. Attack it with your Pokemon with 21 special and it will use transform and copy your stats including special.

21. Run away from the ditto and immediately fly back to Lavender Town.

22. Go left into Route 8 again and right when you cross the border between Lavender and Route 8, the game will automatically pause, press ‘B’ to un-pause the game and it will automatically go into a battle in which a Level 7 Mew will appear. You will be able to repeat this multiple times to get as many Mews as you want.

Go to viridian city then talk to the old man who was in your way then fly to cinabar island then go right to the right in the water stay right on the right side of the island while surfing.you will meet a wierd Pokemon,don't catch it or it will ruin yuor game data just run away instead and the item in the sixth slot will be unlimited(so put a rare candy there to have unlimited rare candys).

Hey. This is a cheat to get the 6th item in you bag duplicated by 150.It works for anything, master balls, rare candies, etc.. But you need fly and surf, and be ale to go to cinnabar island. First, go to viridian city, and talk to the man at the top of the city. He will ask you if you are in a hurry. Watch hi cath a weedle (really annoying to watch, it's really slow, but hey, it's worth it!)

Second, Fly to cinabar island and surf up the east edge until you find a missing no. DONT CATH IT IT WILL MUCK UP YOUR SAVE FILE. Dont listen to poeople who say you should cath it, believe me, it happened to me. Also you might see some other glitched Pokemon, like golducks lv250, or lv 0. These may muck up you game if caught but sometimes they don't. Anyway, either run away or figght the missing no. third, Ta da! Your 6th item will have multiplied!! You can used this cheat as many times as you want. It also works for red, but I'm not sure about Yellow. It doesnt work for gold, silver or crystal.

You must have fly and Surf for this to work. You also must be as far as Cinnabar Island.


1. Go to Viridian City

2. Watch the OLD MAN catch the weedle.

3. Fly to Cinnabar Isle.

4. Surf along the east coast until you find Missingno.

The name of your character determines the Pokemon that appera at cinnibar (missingno cheat) and their levels. The letters 2, 4 and 6 determine the level as follows: a=1 b=2 c=3 etc. Upper case levels add 127 and lower case add 159. Symbols are worth:

The letters 3,5 and 7 in your name determine the pokemon that are produced. The rarest Pokemon that can be made to appear are:
D: Mewtwo
V: Alakazam (in case you have no friends)
Z: Bulbasaur
K: Porygon
Q: Charmander
R: Squirtle

AND the alternative Missingnos you can find:

G,H,J,M('M),S,a,b,c,m,o,p,v,w(Kabutops fossil),x(aerodactyl fossil),y(pokemon tower ghost).

These are the Pokemon that appear after doing the old man and the weedle thing and trading but also the Pokemon that appear also depend on where you were last e.g. Safari zone makes the Pokemon that appear there appear at cinnibar.

Most people will know the Mew cheat(the one with the gambler and the kid with the slowpoke) and most people will also know that there are some Pokemon you cannot get on blue without trading.(arbok, ekans. Etc.) well know you can! (for all of these cheats you will need a Pokemon that knows fly)

To get Arbok:
Go to the gambler on route 8 just below the underground path and go just out the screen so that you can't see him and he can't see you then save so that if it goes wrong you can just turn the gameboy back on. Once saved take a step down and quickly press start and fly to fuchsia city(turn off the gameboy if you did it wrong) once there go to the entrance of cycling road but don't go in, instead go down into a small grassy area. Walk left when you're there and a bird catcher will battle you I think he has either three spearows or three pidgeys not too sure on that one anyway beat him then fly to lavender walk towards route 8 and the start menu will pop up press b and hey presto arbok level.7
(for this paticular one mustnt have beaten giovani or the first cooltrainer in his gym)

To get Golem:
I'm not too sure about this one as I havent tried it but my friend did and it worked for him. Do the same up to the bit where you take a step down and press start but this time fly to viridian city and go in the gym. Make the first cooltrainer walk up to you then beat him and walk out. Then fly to lavender and when you walk towards route 8 the start menu will pop up and when you press b you will battle golem level 7

There is a strange truck that you can't see when walking into the S.S. Anne's harbour. If you could surf off the ramp leading to the boat, you would find it to the left of the boat on a patch of land.

But how do you get to the truck?? (Because you can't surf at this point in the game)

-this cheat is annoying because you have to go through most of the game just to see the truck.
Ok, You are up to the point in the game where you have to go into the S.S.Anne. Battle all the trainers in the boat except for one. Any trainer will do. Once you have beaten your rival, DON'T talk to the captain, because once you have talked to him, the boat leaves. And we don't want the boat to leave. Now leave the boat and go to a Pokemon center. Deposit all your Pokemon and withdraw an extremely weak Pokemon (L.5 or under). Go back to the boat. Talk to the captain, then battle the trainer that you didn't battle before.
Make sure that you lose this battle. This really shouldn't be hard with the weak Pokemon you have.
You should 'black out' and then be standing in front of a Pokemon center. Get your original Pokemon back. Now DO NOT enter the boat because if you do, the boat will set sail as soon as you come back out again. Go through the rest of the game until you get the surf HM and are able to use it.

Go back to vermillion city.

Save your game, then enter the boats harbour. Don't enter the boat. Surf to the right of the boat and walk onto the patch of land. There is another patch of land to the left of the boat, with nothing on it. I have checked the whole area throughly for hidden items, but there is none. The truck is on the land to the right; it does not do anything. It's just a truck. Strange, huh?

Maybe there is something you can do with the truck, but I don't know of any cheats with it involved. I think maybe one of the games creators just put it there because he knew people like me would be completely frustrated by it!!

4 dis cheat ya need a lot of poke balls. Regular poke balls will do.
Get to Cerulean citee an beat nugget bridge. Catch an Abra.
Go to the top of the brij an go across so your diagnal to the corner of the water.
Save your game. Walk down 1 square and pres start as fast as you can.

If you start a batlen turn off an on again an try agen. The menu should pop up but the guy will see u. Go to Pokemon an choos Abra. Telport to cerulean pokecenter and go battle the first swimmer in Misties gym. After ya beat the swimmer walk out of the gym and telport agen. Walk up the brij an a level 7 Mew will fight u. Catchit. Repeat but dis time battle the youngster wid the slopoke instead of the swimmer. Der ya go, 2 mews.

Ps. IF 1 MORE PERSON PUTS A "RATE MY TEAM" THING IN DA CHEATS SECTION I WILL PUT MY CLEAVER IN DA OVEN AND CASTRATE DM WID IT!!!!!!!

GLITCH CITY!!!!

Go to the safari zone and when the guy asks if you will be joining the hunt say yes. Once inside walk around for a while then go out when he asks leaving so soon say no then when you get back in go back out when he says leaving so soon say no then when you get back in save the game and turn it back on. Now go back out and he'll ask if you wanna join the hunt say no then go out. When you get out fly to cinnibar island. When you get there go to the east side and surf in a little while you will hear a ding dong and the P.A. Will say your hunt is over and you will be back in the safari zone. Go out and everything will be glitchy, to get back your normal game just fly anywhere.

Yes, believe it or not, it can be done without a GameShark or other cheating device. Here's what you'll need to do:

Restart your game and play until you get HM02 Fly from the house west of Celadon City. DO NOT fight the following trainers:
The Youngster with a Slowpoke (Level 17) on the road to Bill's house (Route 25). He is the fourth trainer after you cross Nugget Bridge, standing directly above a female trainer and facing north. The Gambler with two Poliwags and a Poliwhirl (all Level 22) between Lavender Town and Saffron City (Route 8). He is standing just east of the entrance to Saffron City, facing north toward the door of the Underground Path.
Carefully follow the series of steps illustrated below. Make sure you have a Pokémon that knows Fly. On Route 8, stand in front of the door of the Underground Path. Save your game, since saving after this point will disrupt the procedure. Walk down one step and immediately press Start. If you succeed, the menu will pop up before the Gambler "sees" you. Go to the Pokémon list and fly to Cerulean City. The Gambler will see you just before you fly away. Your Start button will no longer function. Go north across Nugget Bridge and head east until you find the trainer in this picture (he's the Youngster described above). If you walk right up to the Youngster, the game will lock up, so you'll have to let him see you and walk up to you. Defeat his Slowpoke (afterwards, your Start button will work again), then fly to Lavender Town. Head west into Route 8. As soon as you enter the narrow path, the menu will pop up by itself. Press B to exit... ...and look who it is! Mew will be at Level 7 and it's only attack will be Pound. Pokéball, go!

Once you've caught Mew, you can save your game without any ill-effects.

Make a guy stand halfway on land and halfway on water

I just found this out today. Ok, don't battle the guy to the left of Nugget Bridge and don't battle another person remember the person as Trainer 2.(just pick a person it doesn't matter, but they have to be past Nugget Bridge) Have a flying Pokemon or an Abra that knows teleport. Walk up Nugget Bridge all the way. Now go left all the way. Save your game. Now, go down to the enge of the grass(don't battle the guy). Go up until he's One step off the screen.

Take one step right. You can save your game if you want( you don't have to, just incase if you mess up) Take one step down and IMMEDIATELY press start. If done right the menu will pop up before he wants to battle you. If you mess up start your game over and try again. Fly or Teleport to Cerulean. Your start menu shouldn't work. Now, walk up Nugget Bridge and battle Trainer 2. After you beat them, Fly or Teleport back to Cerulean city. Walk up Nugget Bridge and the start menu will pop up.

DON'T PUSH B YET! Look to the left by the grass and a guy will be standing halfway on land and halfway on water! Push B and he will dissapear. A level seven Pokemon will appear.(It will be any Pokemon except for Mewtwo, Celebi, Zapdos, Moltres, or any other legendary Pokemon.But Mew will pop up if you battle the Youngster with a Slowpoke.)

Make a guy stand on a roof

Fly to Cinnabar Island and Surf on the right side halfway on land and halfway on water. You can go up and down however many times you want to.(You will find some Pokemon that aren't water Pokemon) Get on land to the right of the gym door. Walk to the left and when it syas the door is locked, look at the roof and a guy will be there. Push A or B and he will teleport back on the ground.

Make a guy be in the wall

Fly to Cleladon and deposit your bike. Go in the building to go to the Bike path. Walk through and when the guy says "You can't pass through without a bike" look up at the top of the screen and you will see a guy inside the wall. Push A or B and he will go back to where he was before. (This might not work sometimes, but it works most of the time)

Are you tired of being beatin by gym leaders or anybody else?well heres a cheat that will help your Pokemon get up to lvl 100.you need a Pokemon that knows surf.ok you surf or fly down to cinnibar island.get in you're pack and make sure you want whatever it is you want duplicated in the sixth spot.ok there far east bank the will be a ledge.surf on it.this might take a while but a Pokemon named missingno will attack u.run away and when you do look in you're pack and there will be infinite of wut ever you wanted duplicated but it runes out sooner or later so you hav to do it again.trust me I've done and all my Pokemon are lvl 100 and I hav like 2 billion master balls and rare candys.do that and you own Pokemon league.=]

The cheats with Mew on nugget bridge are long and tiring. My cheat worked this way.....Don't fight the kid with the slowpoke OR on the left side of the bridge.

Get an Abra.

Save before you battle the kid on the left side....take 1 step forward
The hit start right away...teleport with abraor fly with a Pokemon that knows fly. (make sure you healed at the Pokemon centre before doing all of this)

Now go to the kid with the slowpoke, beat him then teleport or fly again. Once you have teleported/flied make sure you have a level 5 - 10 Pokemon in first slot. Once you walk on nugget bridge the start menu will pop up....hit "B" button and you will be in a battle with Mew level 7

You do NOT need to worry about the gambler because I havent gotten that far. It's worked for me with Pokemon Blue and Red so it is faster than the other cheats posted on catching mew.

P.S. Don't use the missango cheat in hope of getting Mew.!!

You first have to use the missango cheat. Then cathch the missango. Then you should have at least 1 rare candy!Then after you catch him you have to give it the rare candy. You can't let him stay in your game to long or he will give you a really bad glitch that will erase all of your data!!!

If you want to catch Mew you better be a pretty good trainer.Let's
Start from the beginning.

Step 1:Make sure you haven't battled the man in the patch of grass
Across nugget bridge.

Step 2:Make super you didn't battle the youngster across nugget bridge.

Step 3(optional):catch a Pokemon taht knows sing to catch the necessary
Pokemon more easily.

Step 4: Catch an Abra in the patches of grass across nugget bridge.

Step 5:Make super you have Abra (and if necessary a Pokemon that knows
Sing)in your party.

Step 6:Go up nugget bridge.

Step 7:Go in front of the man in the patch of grass right next to the
Man.(Before doing this look at step 8 and 9)

Step 8:Press the start button as soon as you get in front of him and
Select "pokemon".

Step 9:Go on Abra and use teleport.

Step 10:If done correctly,you will teleport back to the last Pokemon
Center you used(which should be the one in Cerulean city).

Step 11:After that, go back up nugget bridge once again and battle the
Youngster with the level.17 slowpoke.

Step 12:Once you defeater the youngster with the slowpoke use teleport
Once pore to return to the last Pokemon center you used(which once
Again should be the on in Cerulean city)

Step 13:Go up nugget bridge one final time and about 1/4 of the way
There the game should pause.

Step 14:Fix up your team and take a deep breath.

Step 15:Press the B button and...Mew has appeared!!!!!!!!


If you caught Mew,congradulations.For you have caught the very 151st Pokemon in the entire kanto version.(And I gotta tell you, Mew is the rarest one).

Talk to the man in viridan city he will show you how to catch a pokeman, he will ask you if you are in a hurry, say no, watch him catch the Pokemon, then fly down to cinnabar island, then go the right side of the gym and surf, the first Pokemon you should encounter is a Missingo, don't try to catch him or he will put a glitch in your game, keep going up and down and you will find higher level Pokemon, the Pokemon I got was a Missingo level 236

OK, you know how the glitches go, right? Talk to the old man in Viridian who won't let you go through until he has his coffee. When he asks, "Are you in a hurry?" say no. After he demonstrates how to catch a Weedle, Fly to Cinnabar Island. Go east, surf on half water,
Half land. Go up and down continuisly. You will find M, MissingNo, Porygon, Caterpie, Metapod, Pidgey, and Pidgeotto. Porygon, lvl 162, M, lvl 80 and 0, MissingNo, ? Could be more than 2, Caterpie-Pidgey, lvl 3-5, Metapod-Pidgeotto, lvl 8-15. You may also find Alakazams and Mewtwos, but I haven't seen them in what I call, "Glitch Island". But I have seen a Mew. Lvl, ? Could be more than one level, I only have seen one.

OK I have a glich for Pokemon Blue for Nintendo Game Boy system, you go to Saffron City, go up to the sign that says: "SILPH CO. OFFICE BUILDING". The Team Rocket member will be standing three steps away from where he should be for a few moments, in front of the psychic little girls' house is. I know alot about gliches and I did this one a few minutes ago!! I just discovered it!!!
