Description Of Mewtwo & Completing Pokedex:

After defeating the Pokemon League, the last component of the game is to finish completing your Pokedex for Professor Oak. In order to do so, you will have to catch and evolve over a hundred Pokemon, as well as Trade for a number of unobtainable Pokemon. One of the toughest Pokemon you will have to catch is Mewtwo, who can now, after defeating the Pokemon League, be found in the accessible Cerulean Cave (Unknown Dugeon).

At the very bottom of Cerulean Cave is Mewtwo. Mewtwo is the highest leveled Pokemon that you can capture in the game, being Level 70. It's a pure Psychic Type that knows the moves Barrier, Recover, Swift, and Psychic. If there ever was a time to use your one and only Masterball, it would be on Mewtwo.

Diploma:

After finally completing the Pokedex, catching all 150/151 Pokemon, you can receive the final piece of game, the diploma, from Game Freak himself in the Pokemon Mansion in Celadon City. The game is now fully complete.
