Treasure Hunt Guide

Treasure hunts in Weird West are a precedural-generated side quest that is completed by finding a Secret Stash. This Treasure Hunt Guide will tell you everything you need to know about his activity that enables you to get some of the best loot in the game.

In order to begin looking for the hidden loot you must first acquire a treasure map, which you can relieve from the NPCs you stumble upon during your journey or loot from a corpse of an enemy. Once you have a map in your possession, open your inventory and read it. This will start a Treasure Hunt sidequest, the whereabouts of the treasure will be marked on the map by a new question mark icon and the description will say that it's for Secret Stash. Go to the location and clear the enemies that are in the area, these may be human bandits, wild animals such as bears, or even mythical monsters like werewolves.

Once the area has been cleared out of enemies you need to search for a rock or a tree that has an 'X' marking on it. Now use your shovel to dig the mound to find the Secret Stash, which will be a cache that may contain Golden Aces of Spades for your perks, nuggets/bars for equipment upgrades, and Nimp Relics for your abilities.
