Go to the Ore Buyer, Carol Lorzano, and she will offer to buy any bar and nuggets you have. Bars sell for more than nuggets. You can smelt gold, silver, and copper ores to make bars of the same type in the Blacksmith's forge. Two ores equal to one bar.
