There are three ancient spirits that take the form of huge and powerful dragons that cannot be harmed by mere mortals. Each dragon can be found in a different part of Hyrule and when Link gets close, the music will change, and large updrafts will appear around the dragon, letting Link use his Paraglider to move in close with unlimited stamina.

Naydra

Shrine Quest: The Spring of Wisdom

Location: Lanaryu region. Go to the Lanaryu Promenade to get the best shot at the dragon, or you can go to the top of Mount Lanaryu and in Lanaryu Bay.

Dinraal

Shrine Quest: The Spring of Power

Location: The northernmost section of the world map, to the north of Eldin Mountains, then travels through Tanagar Canyon.

Farosh

Shrine Quest: The Serpent’s Jaws

Location: The region with the waterfalls to the east of Faron Tower, above Lake Hylia. Or you can go to the Gerudo Highlands.
