How to Unlock Weapons in Sniper Elite 5

There are 18 different weapons in Sniper Elite 5 which you can equip. These are split into primary weapons (sniper rifles), secondary weapons, and pistols. This How to Unlock Weapons guide lists all the weapons and the requirement that needs to be met to acquire each of them.

Primary Weapon (Sniper Rifle)

The primary weapon in Sniper Elite 5 is the main weapon you will use during the campaign and will be used to kill the majority of the enemies you encounter. Most of these weapons are long-range sniper rifles.

Received at the start of the game.

Karabiner 98

Unlocked after completing Mission 5.

RSC 1918

Unlocked after completing Mission 7.

- Deadly at close range

- Long time to aim

- Extreme bullet drop

Secondary Weapons

The secondary weapons in Sniper Elite 5 are used when you engage in close quarter combat or are caught off guard by a patrolling enemy. These weapons are made up of SMGs and rifles.

M1A1 GOV

Type 100

In Sniper Elite 5 pistols are your last resort in open combat. They can be used effectively when approaching enemies from stealth. A silenced pistol is a deadly weapon that can be used to help clear levels without dealing with too much resistance.

Unlocked after completing Mission 3 (Eliminate a target using a stealth takedown).

Model D

Type 14 Nambu

Unlocked after completing Mission 8 (Eliminate a target with either a 14 Nambu or Type 100).
