If you are a beginner in Salt and Sacrifice it is recommended that you choose the Cleric class which has decent well-balanced starting stats and comes with a healing spell. The Cleric is also able to support all types of weapons which makes it a versatile pick with any type of build. The downside of the Cleric is that its initial defense is quite low, but you can get around this by investing points into light armor.
