Description Of Victory Road:

In order to get to the Pokemon League at Indigo Plateau, a player must first make it through Victory Road. In this cave are among some of the strongest Trainers and Wild Pokemon, so be prepared. The final Legendary Bird, Moltres, is also located in this cave.
