Route 4
Description Of Route 4:
Once you get through the magnitude of Pokemon Trainers on Route 3, you will quickly arrive on the connected Route 4. Route 4, like Route 2, is split into two parts because it has Mt. Moon right in the middle of it. It's a relatively small route with mainly just Wild Pokemon. There is a trainer on this route, but you don't gain accesss to them until a later point in the game (as her Pokemon Levels will show).
Pokemon Opportunity:
Magikarp ($500) - THere is a man in the Pokemon Center on Route 4 willing to giving you a Magikarp, in exchange for $500 Poke Dollars. It really isn't a fair deal since you can obtain a Magikarp on your own once you obtain the Old Rod; however, this deal can surely get you another Powerhouse Pokemon on your team once it evolves into Gyarados at Level 20.
TMs / HMs:
TM04 (Whirlwind): Can be found on the ground on Route 4. This moves forces the Pokemon to be switched out with another one of the trainers Pokemon, or it will end a Wild Battle.
Trainers On Route 4 (Later In The Game):
Lass - Level 31 Paras, Level 31 Paras & Level 31 Parasect
Pokemon On Route 4:
Grasses:
Rattata - Level 8-12 - 45% Appearance Rate
Spearow - Levels 8-12 - 35% Appearance Rate
Sandshrew - Levels 6-12 - 25% Appearance Rate
