Jambastion: Inner Sanctum

Walkthrough

After completing the Western Outer Wall Level (and even Sector B), you will earn access to the Inner Sanctum of Jambastion. This level is shorter than most, and greatly resembles the previous couple of levels in terms of appearance. A Hidden Switch is found in this stage as well, unlocking the extra level of Sector C. Here, you will also battle the second of the three Generals of the Fortress of Shadows. (Remember the First General, the Icy Francisca?)

You will begin this level with having to jump across a number of suspended platforms, before discovering the door moving forward. The second area sees the path leading down a very long corridor; Bombs will definitely come in handy here. In this second area, you will find a Dekabu guarding a round trip door that will lead to another puzzle. To solve said puzzle, Kirby will need to use both Bomb and Plasma to obtain the next Rainbow Puzzle Piece.

The third area is full of more buzzsaws. Within this area, a wire can be seen at The End of the ceiling. This wire will open the way to the next room, but in order for it to do this, you must hit it with an upward electric attack. If done properly, the room will open and will lead you to the next Hidden Switch, this one opening the extra level of Sector C.

Near The End of the level, you will battle the next Boss of the game. This time, the Boss Battle will be against Flamberge, the next General of Jambastion. She will be furious by the fact that you defeated Francisca, ultimately going into battle with you because of this. She likes to swing her Sword quite a bit, so make sure to dodge accordingly and attack when the opportunity is right. After defeating her, she too will retreat like Francisca.
