Dream Land: Green Gardens

Walkthrough

Dream Land in the World of Peace is where Kirby's adventure will begin, with the first stage being Green Gardens. This stage is set in a sunny grassland, one with large ringed structures in the background. This level serves basically as a tutorial for players, introducing basically all the Controls one will need in order to be successful at the game, including how to use your Friend Heart ability.

The main focus in Green Gardens, outside of learning the Controls, is to make new Friends using your Friend Heart ability. Because loads of puzzles throughout the game will require multiple characters in order to be completed, you will need to befriend certain Enemies by pressing the X Button when you get near them. After they join your team, either another player or the CPU will control these characters. Try to befriend three other characters, as you will need them once you reach near The End of this simple, straightforward level.

As you approach The End of the level - which is the easiest path in the entire game - Mr. Frosty, one of the Mini Bosses of the game, will suddenly appear. He attacks by charging directly at you, but this can easily be counter by merely jumping over him as he does. Make sure to attack him as he rests after charging, ensuring an easy win. After defeating Mr. Frosty, there will be a wall of bricks to destroy and pass through. After passing them, head down the ledge and destroy the boxes that are on Fire. Continue to the left after you do, blazing the grass in the small area below to reveal your first Rainbow Puzzle Piece.
