Bluster Element Effect

The Bluster Element Effect, like all Elemental Augments, can be added to certain weapons to give them an extra windy effect. In order to enable the Bluster Element, you must use the Wing or Cleaning Copy Abilities on one of eight weapons (Bomb, Cutter, Hammer, Ninja, Staff, Sword, Whip, Yo-Yo) that can be combined with the Element. For example: You can add the Wing Copy Ability to the Whip Weapon to create the Bluster Whip. (In order to perform an Elemental Augment, you will need Kirby along with another ally that has that given Copy Ability.)
