Squizzard's Sandy Sinkhole

The sand will pull you down if you let it. Just keep moving and jumping forward.

COMET MEDAL
The Comet Medial is right along the path. Just don't get bombed.

The sand slide is a nice calm trip down. Don't get greedy on the star bits and look for the openings between the rolling Thwomps.

BOSS: SQUIZZARD
This is a pretty easy battle except for the fact you are constantly being pulled to Squizzard. You need to throw 3 Fireballs into his mouth three times. After the first one he'll start throwing spiked balls at you. The third time he's going to start throwing some bombs which are really the only hard part.

Squizzard's Daredevil Run

Now you need to beat Squizzard with only 1 slice of life. You'll mostly get hit by random things getting too close so stay near the outside for safety and only come into the inner area to get Fire Flowers.

Sailing the Sandy Seas

Use the solid sand areas to move forward and get yourself the Life Mushroom. In the gravity room the arrows move with you so jump to the cubed peg and ride it around the orange pipe. The final area is just riding a platform. But since it's made of sand if something hits it, it disintegrates for a bit. Star Bit the Magikoopa and keep track of the upcoming cacti.

Slipsand Green Stars x3

Green Star #1 is opposite the launch star when you get to the platform with the checkpoint. Just fall off the falls side.
Green Star #2 is immediately to your left as you get to the slide.
Green Star #3 is to the right after you finishing getting past the rolling Thwomps.
