Where the Chomps Are Made of Gold

COMET MEDAL
The Comet Medal is in the first area on the Chomp path. You need to get up there between the Chomps, jump and get it, and then get out of the area fast.

First off you need to work your way to the first switch being sure to stay out of the path. This lowers the block that is getting in the way of the Chomps path. Then use your weight on the blue path. As soon as a Chomp gets on the blue block, get off and let the Chomp get to the hole and expose the Launch Star. Now you need to work your way over the Chomps with some nice high jumps. Now you have to use the seesaw to move the Chomp along all the while spinning to keep the correct color underneath the Chomp also. FUN. But wait, it gets even better! You are now at the Golden Chomps. You need to work the Golden Chomp all the way back to the start using all the techniques you've learned in the level. It's not an easy feat.

Cosmic Clones in the Chompworks

Even more fun. Do the last section while you are being chased by Cosmic Clones. You have to get the timing exactly right. Make sure you have a different path from coming back then you did for going there and always be on the move. Make small moves all the time to keep the Cosmic Clones off your tail.

Spring into the Chompworks

This time the first section is a lot easier. The Launch Star is right there. You get the Spring Mushroom for the first time. The key to this level is learning when to hit the jump again to get a long launch off each jump. Luckily there is a 1UP right over the starting point so you can keep getting that until you get the hang of the mushroom. It's the only way to get over the large Chomps. After crossing the plank and getting to the Launch Star slowly work your way up the cone shaped planet till you get to the top with the Star.

Chompworks Green Stars x3

Green Star #1 is immediately at the start at the far right of the Chomp platform. Spin jump over the Chomps as you make your way to the 1UP. Then Long Jump out the to Star.
Green Star #2 is in the first spin to change the floor area. Go all the way left to the Chomp spawn and backflip onto that. Then backflip to the roof and simply walk over to the Star.
Green Star #3 is over the far right spiral tower at the end of the spring area. Get all the way to the top and then spring yourself right. If you hit it on the way down great. Otherwise spring up off the tip of the tower.
