How to Get the Bow

The bow in Ghostwire: Tokyo is a long-range weapon that is capable of taking down Visitors from afar. It is a useful weapon to have as it allows you to deal with the enemy in stealth without them getting close to you. Where to Find the Bow

You will be able to find the bow during Chapter 2 of Ghostwire: Tokyo, when you visit KK's apartment in the mission 'Cleaning The Fog'. You will not be able to get it before then because it is gated behind story progress. The bow is one of the earliest unlocks in the game and you will need to use it immediately after you find it to destroy some spectral barriers around the apartment complex.

When to Use the Bow

Using the bow to take down enemies from distance will allow you to defeat one or two of the Visitors before they spot you. Keep in mind that the bow is impractical for close encounters and there is a limited number of arrows you can carry. The bow is best used sparingly and occasionally, with quick purges and stealth takedowns being your main approach when approaching enemies from stealth. Arrows for the bow can either be found or purchased and there is a skill (Yumitsukai) that increases the number of arrows you can carry.

How to Use the Bow

In order to use the bow in Ghostwire: Tokyo on the PlayStation 5 you need to hold R1 on the controller to open the 'Weapon' menu. Select the bow using the right thumbstick, and then hold L2 to aim and then push R2 down. The longer you hold R2 down, the longer the shot charges and the more damage the arrow will deal when it finds its target.
