To move around, you use the v-stick. This is the virtual joystick shown on the screen in the bottom left corner.
You can run by holding the sprint button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
TIP: Use you left thumb to move Raul, and your right thumb to sprint.
To freerun, which is what the game calls jumping or clambering over obstacles of any sort, you simply have to sprint towards the object in question. Once you reach it, the game will decide on the best course of action to get around it, whether that is climbing it, vaulting it, and so on.
Shooting can be a little difficult in Gangstar Rio. There are, again, a couple of methods for doing it. The basic trick is that you tap the shoot button to fire. But, of course, this doesn't aim your weapon. You can pivot the camera by swiping the screen to move it around, which acts as aiming. Or, alternatively, you can tap on a target to aim at them, then press the shoot button to fire.
Once you have equipped a sniper rifle, you tap the attack button to go into scoped mode. Pinch the screen to zoom in and pull to zoom out, just like zooming on a touchscreen device normally. You target people as with other weapons.
Melee combat is simpler than shooting as the game automatically assigns you a target, based on whoever is closest to you at the time. You then merely have to tap the shoot button to punch.
To enter a vehicle, tap the enter vehicle icon to the right of the screen. It will be flashing if you are able to use it.
To drive a vehicle, you have pedals on either side of the screen. To steer, you tilt your device. The right pedal is the accelerator, while the left pedal is the brake. You can spin the camera around your car by touching the screen and dragging.
TIP: You have lots of alternative vehicle control options available through the game's menu. This includes having a virtual wheel on screen, a manual speedometer, and numerous other choices. If you find the initial control scheme doesn't suit your device very well, feel free to change it. You can enter the menu by tapping the map in the top left corner of the screen.
Planes:
Use the left slider to accelerate and tilt your device to move up and down (controlling altitude), as well as left and right.
How do you make the controls larger as right now they are very small and I need to know to how increase the size because on my other phone the size is normal but on this one it it way too small and I do not know if this is an error so please someone get back at me ASAP. thank you.
