Public Relations

This is the first task for Jessica Medeiros, the PR co-ordinator for Governor Branco, in a follow-up to the previous job. Head to Gamboa or activate her job from the map screen. Angel wants to help Branco beat Peralta in the election. Not long from now, a police deputy is having a meeting with a reporter and is likely to give over potentially damaging secrets about Branco. We need to stop them. Head to the roof of the morgue as indicated on your map.

As soon as you enter the waypoint you will appear on the roof. Collect the sniper rifle to start a cut scene. Obviously, having never met the man, you don't know what the reporter looks like. Jessica is going to phone him, so you need to look for someone answering a phone to be able to pick your target. You have thirty seconds to select him - see the screenshot below for a clue (this, at least, is who the reporter was in our game).

Once you've taken him out, the mission is complete.
