This job is for Marcelo. It turns out someone's about to rob the Subprime Bank, but will be wearing Assassinos colors. This would be bad for the gang's reputation with someone impersonating them, so we need to head to the bank to stop them.

Once you enter the bank a firefight will ensue. You will need to take out the three imposters, then head into the vault to collect the contents for the real Assassinos. Once that's done, the police will arive on the scene. It will take a lot of health to deal with them all, so it's best to just run up the stairs (we're heading for the roof) and kill any directly in your way. There should be a medkit on the way to the roof. You will soon be on the roof and able to get into the helicopter there. Take off and wait for your wanted level to disappear, at which point you will complete the mission.
