Beach Blanket Bloodbath

This is your first job for Gabriel Alvarez, the police Sergeant. He needs us to create a panic so that his department can get a higher budget to spend. In return for this, Alvarez won't reveal Larissa's location to the people hunting her down for the money she owes. First, head to the beach. Once there, you need to raise your wanted level past two shields. Then, the game will trigger a cut scene and you'll be standing on the beach.

You need to deal with the cops that are in the area, then escape from the beach. As well as this, you will then have to lose your level four wanted level, which is easier said than done. Your best bet is to head along the beach or out to sea, as the police struggle to follow you there. Once that's taken care of, the mission will be complete, and that scumbag Alvarez will pay up.
