Question for Super Smash Bros. Melee
How do you unlock Young Link? Also I heard from my friend Andrew Lafoy that you can play as Charizard but without an action replay is this true?????

I can't remember how to get young link as I have been trying to do this myself for weeks now, but I can tell you that your friend is lying as you can only get charizard in pokeballs during a melee

I guess your friend better get ready to look like that because I've never found that way and I've beaten the whole game so many different times

Young Link - Complete Classic or Adventure mode with ten of the fourteen original characters. After you complete it with the tenth character, you'll face Young Link. Beat him and he will become a playable character. Note that the tenth character you beat Classic/Adventure mode with will be the one you use to take down Young Link.
That's comlpetely false. There must have been one hundred seperate Nintendo based characters that have been rumoured to be unlockable by now. There's only a total twenty-five playable characters in the game, no more, no less. Charizard does appear from a Poké Ball occassionally.
No idea what that's supposed to resemble...

To get Young Link, you have to either:
- Complete Adventure Mode with 8 different Characters, including Link and Zelda/Sheik
OR
- Play 500 Melee vs. Matches
And you can't play as Charizard - unless you use an AR!
