Jump above the Sandbag and do his Flutter Kick, or A Down attack. Continue to do that, until he's at a really high damage rate, and there's about two seconds left on the clock. Grab the bat and A Smash him to the Right.

In order to hit the Sandbag farther, you'll have to find a way to get the Sandbag's percentage up higher - try using Yoshi's Flutter Attack (jump, down+A) about 5 times to get the Sandbag's percentage up to around 100%, then nail him with the Homerun Bat to get the Paper Mario Trophy and Yoshi's Island!

You do flutter kick intil he has 100% done than do a homerun swing.

Do fart kick down-b then hit it with homerun bat
