Treasure Hunts Guide

Treasure Hunts in Far Cry 6 work the same as they did in previous Far Cry games. These can be anything from a simple battle to an intricate puzzle that needs solving by completing a series of steps to access a treasure chest. In Far Cry 6 there are 21 Treasure Hunts, and they unlock unique weapons, XP, and miscellaneous resources. There are no prerequisites for these quests, they can be done any time during the story, or after you have completed it in free-roam. It is recommended that you do them early, as they will yield powerful gear that will help you considerably during the game. When you get close to a Treasure Hunt, the purple Treasure Hunt icon will appear on your mini-map. Reading the note that is at the location of the Treasure Hunt will begin the quest.

The Mongoose and the Man

Sub Region: Costa del Mar

Reward: 150 XP, Lethal Dose (Pistol)

Ída's Triada Relic

Sub-Region: Lozania

Liquid Courage
