Decorating the surface of the world of Hyrule are several different stone tiles that will affect your movement when you encounter them. Their purpose can be anything from being a deadly trap to part of an elaborate puzzle. Directional Tiles:
These tiles represent all four directional buttons (up, down, left, and right) and they will thrust you into their respective direction. Try to avoid these tiles whenever possible as the liklihood is that they will force you into dead-end battles and puzzles that require the use of certain tools to overcome.
Fast-Forward/Rewind Tiles:
The only purpose of these two tiles respectively is to either pick up the beat or slow it down. Press these tiles if you either want to slow things down to make the game easier or speed things up to give yourself a challenge.
Confuse Tiles:
These tiles which are denoted by a question mark should be avoided at all costs as they will reverse your controls.
Bomb Tile:
These tiles will produces a bomb that will quickly explode. Although you can use these tiles to your advantage for crowd control it is advised if you already have bombs that you avoid them.
