Top Ten Unova Pokemon That Deserve A Mega Evolution

#4 - Monkey Trio

The Monkey Trio (Simisear, Simipour, and Simisage) are a cool group of monkeys found in the Unova Region, and odds are, if you played Black and White, one of them was on your original team through the game. Unfortunately, anyone would admit that they aren't the strongest of Pokemon. They have balanced stats and are on the decent side, but being average isn't such a good thing in the World of Pokemon. However, a Mega evolution for each of them, a Mega Money Trio would be something different and would definitely give them a boost from where they currently are at.

The thing about these three Moneys are that they are almost identical in just about everything, outside of their typing and movepool. So, the only way we think they each could get one - which is probably low to begin with - is if they continue to be this way. For Mega Evolutions, we see all of them remaining a pure single type. This would remain the same, but we think they should all get a new ability with the new evolution, perhaps Sheer Force since they all have moves that have secondary effects that they can utilize.

All of these Moneys are pretty frail defensively to begin with, so there wouldn't be too much point in giving them an increase in these areas. The most beneficial boost for each of them would be almost an equal split between their Attack, Special Attack, and Speed. With these increases, they could each be a sweeper in their own ways, perhaps even a mix sweeper if someone wants to go that route with them. They still won't be the best Pokemon or Mega, but it would a huge step up from where they are at currently.
